The Honoured Member's Trust Resolution Movement was born out of a shared necessity—the need for a powerful, collective voice to reclaim the hard-earned life savings of thousands of depositors across UP, MP, Uttarakhand, and Bihar. We understand the frustration and uncertainty caused by administrative delays in various cooperative societies, and we are here to bridge that gap.
Our foundation is not just an organization; it is a mission-driven movement. Our strategy is built on three pillars:
- Legal Resilience: Pursuing collective Writ Petitions and PILs in High Courts and the Supreme Court to safeguard your rights.
- Administrative Reform: Engaging with the Central Registrar (CRCS) to restore effective management and revoke stagnant liquidation orders.
- Innovative Recovery: Utilizing modern business models like LLPs and strategic projects to generate the necessary funds for member settlements.
